In this full-time role, you will be responsible for sanding polyester hulls. This includes sanding decks, hulls, engine compartments, bins, hatches, etc.

What are your tasks?

As a polyester sander, you’ll be involved in finishing and perfecting the polyester surfaces. You’ll ensure that the hulls are smooth and free of imperfections, making them ready for further processing. Additionally, you’ll perform quality checks to ensure that each hull meets the required standards.

We’re expanding at our production site in Zwartsluis and therefore looking for a polyester sander.

What do we offer you?

• A 4-day workweek of 38 hours (Monday to Thursday)
• Salary: job group 4, depending on education and experience
• Employment conditions according to the HISWA-RECRON collective labor agreement
• In case of suitability (initially a temporary contract), an indefinite-term employment contract

What do we ask of you?

• Completed VMBO education
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Experience in sanding polyester
• Precision and attention to detail
• Experience in shipbuilding is an advantage
